This is a point-and-click game where you get to pick up items and use them on the surrounding objects. The rooms are bigger than the screen, so you can scroll right and left. And, the places you may enter are marked out with bright markers. This is not a scary game, as you will note once you enter the house and see their version of a ghost. It is more of a kids game, and is quite easy to complete if you have the time. The game has auto-triggered display text so that you may hover your mouse pointer around the room and see what is what.
