Aberration Inside - Unity-based point and click adventure

This is a classic point and click adventure with some nice 3D textures and somewhat creepy environment, made by Psionic Games.

To be honest, the fact that this is Psionic's game was what drew me to it before anything. As you know, Psionic Games made a couple of really good games in the past such as Ghostscape 3D, The Killer Escape series, Urbex, Creepy Doll, Being One, etc ...And all of them are escape point and click games, that's just their style. Hoping that this is their big come back.

The fact this is a Unity-based game means that you should expect cool 3D surroundings and high detailed objects but a lot of lag spikes as well.

Regarding the gameplay, you are an explorer on a mission to put up so called 'Nemesis Tablet' which in turn, according to a legend, will destroy some evil creature threatening the worlds' existence. There's a nice 360 degrees view, with lots of hidden clickable and collectible objects, ready to be picked up and store in your inventory to be used later. The inventory already holds some prepared things such as knife, ice axe, lockpicks rope and grappling hook...

The game begins in the crater on the mountain's surface, but the real adventure starts when you figure out how to get inside, underneath the surface. There's a whole world hidden down below waiting to be discovered.

The accent is on the puzzles of course, but there are still some nice creepy details to remind you this is still a horror game. For instance, one of the first thing you would have to do is a 'mercy kill' of a battered man sitting there at the entrance. Than there's another scene with a jumpscare when you are entering the tunnel of darkness. Skulls, pentagrams and humans hanging upside down off the ceilings like pigs in a slaughter house, all that adds up a lot to the atmosphere.
