2 people had a car accident on their way through the desert. Megan gets away only with a terrible headache, while Jeff is trapped in car covered in blood. Only with minor injures, Megan walks away from the crash scene in search for help. This feels a lot like the old horror movies from the 80s and 90s, something in the style of 'The Hills Have Eyes' series. Actually it is a remake of Minotaur. Btw, there's no way to skip the intro. When the conversation starts, keep pressing the enter key to go through it. The poor girl doesn't know that the worst is yet to come. Unfortunately, the accident took place not far from where a maniac with a power drill lives. Guess what he uses the drill for.
It is not clear whether you can even get away, say if you run as fast as you can, as I really couldn't find a single video which proves that there is a getaway at all. You will be dying a lot, but the question is can you survive? I doubt that's possible.
Anyway, a very promising game. During the installation it pops up the warning message which reads that you must be 18 or over because the game contains scary scenes and whatnot ... Ok, kind of message we were hoping to, and I hope it will live up to its name: because 'drill' and 'massacre' are two words that combine extremely well in almost any kind of horror, especially the games. So, if I don't see a guy holding a power drill in his hands any time soon, jumping out of the bushes and drilling holes in innocent teenage passers-by's heads, I would be very disappointed.

Power Drill Massacre is a VHS horror game which always ends up with the brutal jumpscare, putting you in a close to heart-attack siltation.
Trepanning
Anyway, this world is weird enough even without dark horror games and 'puppetcombo' (an alias of the guy who made this game Puppet Combo - Vague Scenarios LLC) in the first place, because head drilling, also known as 'Trepanning' (which is medical therm), is something people do in their real lives, at homes, for whatever reasons these weirdos find convenient. Try googling it, you will be amazed what comes to people's minds.
Gameplay
One thing I also never seen before that also pops up during the installation in an "Information" window. This guy enlisted every single person or source that got involved or was used in this game in any shape or form, either by providing voice, artwork, or using their sounds such as glass break, baby cry, drawing fridge interior, wind , heavy breathing, slow dripping ... that was so detailed.
Controls and camera view
I definitely dint' like the way camera works so I tried to change that by switching from the 'orbital' to 'fixed' mode, and unfortunately neither one worked for me. Maybe it's best to leave it as it is. Also, please note that you can't resume game after chaning options on the run, which is also inconvenient.
Controls
Mouse controls camera view while 'WASD' keys are used for movements in all directions. To run you should keep shift key pressed. The whole list of controls follows:
- Forward - W
- Back - S
- Turn Right - D
- Turn L - A
- Strafe Right - E
- Strafe Left - Q
- Run - Shift
- Action - Space
- Flashlight - F
- Camera - F1
Arrow keys should also work instead of wasd. Anyway, if you think your controls feel weird, that's normal, simply because they are.

The Installation
Installation is straightforward. After the download, there's a single installation executable, which when started, leads you through a series of 'next, next, next...' dialogs. Game is powered by Unity, btw.

dude,i played the playstation times of this WITHOUGHT a youtube channel.Now i just streamed this game and it still scares the shet out of me.i thoughed it wasnt scary and i was a pucc for getting scared.

I watched Markiplier's video of this game too, and even though it looks hard as hell, I also think it's an awesome homage to classic horror movies and retro horror games like Clock Tower and Silent Hill for PS1. X3

I saw Markiplier play this and it looks like a waste of time (in my honest opinion). Cause it looks like you cannot beat this game whatsoever, you constantly get killed, and you can't really run from the guy with the drill...
