If you wandered if there's gonna be Five Nights At Freddy's 5 - the straight answer is NO!
According to the Scott Cawthon's announcement on Steam, FNAF 4 was the last game in the series. You can read the announcement here.
If you recall, the 4th game ended by posting an image on sctottgames that says THE END - Thanks for playing. That was the first signal.
Secondly, Scott announced that he's working now on a new game called "FNAF World".
As you can see from the trailer, except for the reused characters it has nothing to do with the series. This is a completely new game, an RPG where you create a party with tons of characters. So, despite promising intro, this game is not going to be a horror.
I've even seen some online petition where they ask Scott to make another sequel, but he's determined in not wanting to do it. So, don't trust the rumours and false fan-made sequels, as we should consider this story finished, and simply move on.
And what do you think? Is this just a Scott's trick to lead us to false conclusion and surprise us at some point with another instance of the game? I think - not gonna happen.
Scientist (2669) - 2016-07-07, 12:53And wow, DHG really predicted it, Scott fooled us all. I believed there won't be a sequel.
Scientist (2669) - 2016-07-07, 12:51Now, a few months later. I heard there's a DLC or secret where everything is totally fucked up, and the cuteness in the whole trailer is just hiding the easter eggs about real FNaF. But after all, we're gonna get FNaF 5, it's gonna be called Sister Location. I admit, the trailer showed weird animatronics that can move their split face into 4 directions and it was pretty creepy. The final jumpscare didn't get me, all FNaF trailers have one, didn't get scared at the first one, and further not either.
GrEEk (434) - 2016-02-12, 01:49Well i really liked fnaf games but i think that these 4 fnaf games are more than enough and i cant think of anything other to complete these series of games.i like how he changed the style of gaming but kept the characters because they have interesting background.but this trailer made me a little dissapointed.that looks like a game kids would only had fun with it.i hope he advanced it more.
Blue_Longevity (270) - 2015-12-21, 04:22One: Who isn't sick of FNaF? And to make matters worse, there's a book that was recently released too. I read it, it sucks and jumps around a lot. And there's a new and awesome game that's replaced FNaF, it's called Undertale. It's not particularly horror, but it's extremely popular.
Two: Five Nights at Fuckboy's isn't supposed to be scary. It's an RPG Maker parody with a ton of adult jokes, and no actual plot. And there's no point putting it on this site because it's free and already available on Gamejolt.
Three: There's actually four FNaFB games. The first three were made by Sable Lynn and Joshua Shaw. After they finished the Final Mix for the third game, they stopped the series. Five Nights at Fuckboy's Four: The Final Chapter was made by EmilyFallas and Co.
Four: I don't really think we're looking at recommendations. Because a lot of them are games you can already get for free on websites like Gamejolt so there's actually no point in posting them on here. I think we should get Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Fran Bow.
scary_kid (5484) - 2015-12-13, 16:08good, I'm already tired of FNAF and FNAF clones :D
something new would be an awesome refreshing surprise :D
bbkid03 (62) - 2015-11-30, 23:56thats cute
dark (5240) - 2015-11-29, 14:59that one sounds scary :)
Scientist (2669) - 2015-11-28, 19:59The character name nutshell kinda hurt my eyes a bit, probably cause i'm a bit sleepy at the moment. But we already got a few unofficial RPGs... Five Nights at Fuckboys 1-3 i liked the game. WARNING inappropriate language.
